  • Double Dipping: Avoid attempting to receive compensation from both us and another party, such as a recipient of a payment, bank, or card issuer, for the same transaction.
  • Improper Use: Do not use the Consumer Services in any manner that could lead to complaints, disputes, claims, reversals, chargebacks, fees, fines, penalties, or other liabilities or losses to Wijji Payments, other customers, third parties, or yourself.
  • Abuse of Card Systems: Use of the Consumer Services in a way that could be considered abusive of the card system or violate card association or network rules by entities such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or any other electronic funds transfer network is strictly prohibited.
  • Outstanding Debt: You must not owe any amounts to us or provide yourself with a cash advance from your credit card (or assist others in doing so).
  • System Load: Do not take actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our websites, software, systems, or networks, including those operated on our behalf.
  • Malware and Viruses: Avoid facilitating the distribution of viruses, trojan horses, malware, worms, or other harmful computer programming routines that could damage, disrupt, corrupt, misuse, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to any system, data, information, or our services.
  • Automated Access: Do not use anonymizing proxies, robots, spiders, or any other automated devices or manual processes to monitor or copy our websites without prior written permission, or to bypass our robot exclusion headers.
  • Interference: Refrain from interfering with or disrupting our websites, software, systems, networks, or other users’ use of our services.
  • Service Impact: Avoid actions that could cause us to lose any services from our internet service providers, payment processors, or other suppliers or service providers.
  • Excessive Transactions: Do not use the Consumer Services to test credit card behaviors or make excessive or unexplainable transactions.
  • Harassment: Harassment, threats, or abuse towards our employees, agents, or other users is strictly forbidden.
  • Commercial Use: The Consumer Services must not be used for commercial or business purposes, or in any way other than for personal purposes.
  • Sanctions Compliance: Ensure that your use of the Consumer Services does not violate prohibitions imposed by relevant sanctions authorities.
  • Content Creation: Do not create content, products, or services using any part of the Consumer Services without proper authorization.
  • Unauthorized Use: Refrain from using or reproducing any part of the Consumer Services, including trademarks, except as explicitly allowed by law.
  • Technical Limitations: Do not circumvent any technical limitations of the Consumer Services or enable functionality that is disabled or prohibited.
  • Reverse Engineering: Avoid decompiling, extracting source code, or reverse engineering the Consumer Services.
  • Illegal Transfers: Do not transfer or move software, technology, or services (including our software or encryption software) to or from any country in a manner that is not permitted by law.
