E-Sign Disclosure and Consent
This E-Sign Disclosure and Consent (“Disclosure”) applies to all communications for services provided by Wijji Payments and its affiliates (“we,” “us,” “our”) that are sent to you electronically. Please read this Disclosure carefully and keep a copy for your records.
1. Scope of Communications to Be Provided in Electronic Form
By consenting to this Disclosure, you agree that we may provide you with any communications related to your use of our services in electronic format. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Agreements and policies you agree to (e.g., Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, this Disclosure).
- Payment authorizations and transaction receipts or confirmations.
- Account statements and history.
- Disclosures and notices required by law, including periodic statements and billing notices.
- Customer service communications, including claims resolution documents.
- Any other communications related to your transactions with us or your use of our services.
2. Method of Providing Communications to You in Electronic Form
All communications that we provide to you in electronic form will be provided either:
- Via email.
- By access to a website that we will designate in an email notice we send to you at the time the information is available.
- By requesting you download a PDF file containing the communication.
3. How to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive communications in electronic form by contacting us at support. If you withdraw your consent, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our services, limit your ability to use our services, and charge you additional fees for paper copies. Any withdrawal of your consent will be effective after a reasonable period of time to process your request.
4. How to Update Your Records
It is your responsibility to provide us with a true, accurate, and complete email address, contact, and other information related to this Disclosure and your account(s), and to maintain and update promptly any changes in this information. You can update your information by logging into your account or contacting customer support.
5. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access and retain the electronic communications, you will need:
- A computer or mobile device with internet access.
- A current web browser that includes 128-bit encryption, such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari, with cookies enabled.
- Software that permits you to receive and access Portable Document Format (PDF) files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Sufficient storage space to save past communications or an installed printer to print them.
We will notify you of any changes to these hardware or software requirements that could impact your ability to receive electronic communications from us.
6. Requesting Paper Copies
You can request a paper copy of any communication provided to you electronically by contacting us at support. We may charge you a reasonable service fee for the delivery of paper copies of any communication provided electronically, unless charging a fee is prohibited by applicable law. We will inform you of the amount of any fee at the time you make your request.
7. Communications in Writing
All communications in either electronic or paper format from us to you will be considered “in writing.” You should print or download for your records a copy of this Disclosure and any other communication that is important to you.
8. Termination/Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to discontinue the provision of your electronic communications or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide electronic communications. We will provide you with notice of any such termination or change as required by law.
9. Consent
By agreeing to this Disclosure, you consent to receive all communications from us electronically. You also agree that your electronic signature on agreements and documents has the same effect as if you signed them in ink.
